Mindway AI deploys GameScanner across Super Technologies’ six markets

The rollout marks one of the broader multi-market deployments of AI-driven player protection software by a single operator to date.

Regulatory pressure and operator demand are accelerating adoption of automated player protection tools across Europe and Latin America. Mindway AI has completed a phased integration of its GameScanner monitoring software with Super Technologies, covering all six of the operator’s active markets.

GameScanner deployment spans Brazil, Belgium and four European markets

Super Technologies, the Bucharest-headquartered betting and gaming group formerly known as Superbet, has completed a phased rollout of Mindway AI’s GameScanner across all of its active markets: Brazil, Belgium, Romania, Poland, Greece and Serbia. The integration moves the operator from reactive player support to automated, continuous monitoring of behavioural risk indicators.

GameScanner combines machine learning with human expert assessment to produce individualised risk scores across an operator’s full player base, enabling compliance teams to intervene before harmful patterns escalate. 

Mindway AI describes the product as a “virtual psychologist” capable of detecting at-risk behaviour earlier than traditional threshold-based tools. The company’s solutions are currently active in over 73 jurisdictions across Europe, North America, Latin America, and Australia.

Operator context: Super Technologies’ scale and regulatory commitments

Super Technologies completed a €1.3 billion refinancing agreement with Blackstone and HPS Investment Partners in February 2025, backing an expansion strategy that includes Brazil and further technology investment. Blackstone first took a minority stake in the company, then operating as Superbet Group, with a €175 million strategic investment in 2019.

The company rebranded as Super Technologies in December 2025, reflecting a shift from a sports betting operator to a diversified technology and entertainment group. It is an active board member of the European Gaming & Betting Association (EGBA) and a member of the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA).

Mindway AI’s awards and market position

Mindway AI received the Best Player Protection Product award for GameScanner at the 2026 European Casino Awards, along with wins at the EGR B2B and Europe Awards this year. The company also holds the Start-up Innovation Award from Davos Innovation Week.

The technology is deployed across multiple operator types and jurisdictions, including a previous integration with Sweden’s ATG and a partnership with the Hellenic Gaming Commission, which integrated Mindway AI’s Gamalyze tool directly on its official website in April 2025.
